Only been following twitter feeds and looking at some photos, but not too impressed by the iPad so far - just Apple's netbook entry.

So Apple have a netbook without a keyboard - so not suitable for taking lecture notes or any major typing tasks. What's the purpose of this?

iPad - nothing unexpected and a very narrow window of use in my opinion. too many cases where i'd rather use a smartphone or a laptop
